THE PURPOSES & LEGAL BASES of our DATA PROCESSING
1. In order to place, identify, modify or complete your order, to charge the adjoining prices and fees, and to validate any actual claims related to your order, we manage your following personal data: name, e-mail address, phone number, shipping address, invoicing address, bank account number, and the data related to exact time and place of placing or completing your order. Furthermore, we manage some of your data technically absolutely necessary for the provision of our services manufacturing of our products (e.g. feet size). We only require such personal details from you which are essential for the processing of your order. The purpose for data management ceases when you delete your order, when the contract is completed, or otherwise terminated.
2. If – by ticking the appropriate box in the web shop – you give us your expressed, prior consent to further manage your above mentioned data you provided at your purchase for the processing of any future orders, we will retain manage these data until you withdraw this consent at any time. This consent does not create a customer account within our system.
3. If – by ticking the appropriate box in the webshop – you give us your expressed, prior consent to send you our newsletters, we will do so periodically until you withdraw this consent at any time.
You might withdraw your consent related to future order processing or newsletter data management at any time, with no restrictions, without further reasoning, free of charge. You might let us know about your withdrawal in e-mail or via registered post at our contact points mentioned in Section 1.our Terms and Conditions.
4. On our website, personal details (such as your name and/or email address) is collected when you voluntarily submit it through our Site forms, such as during a request for product information through our Contact us form or by signing up for our newsletter through our website (but not in the web shop). In these cases your voluntary submission of personal data is considered as your consent for processing.
DATA SHARING, DATA TRANSFER
We treat all your available personal data strictly confidential, we do not transfer your data to any other data controllers third parties except , but we might apply data processors our subcontractors for the completion of your order .
a) our courier services (DHL) may know your shipping address;
b) our bank (OTP) may know your bank account number;
c) our accountant may know your invoicing address etc.
d) our invoicing partner (szamlazz.hu) may know your invoicing address.
We, however, remain liable for the acts of our data processors at all times.
YOUR RIGHTS with respect to your personal data
Your rights may include the right of access to personal data, to rectification of personal data, to erasure of personal data / right to be forgotten, to restrict processing of personal data, to object to processing of personal data, the right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You can exercise these rights by sending us an email or sending your request via registered post to our relevant contact detail (with the exception of lodging a complaint to the supervisory authority).
Your right of access to personal data
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process personal data about you, receive a copy of your personal data held by us and obtain certain other information about how and why we process your personal data (similar to the information provided in this privacy statement). Your right to rectification / amendment of personal data
You have the right to request for your personal data to be amended or rectified where it is inaccurate (for example, if you change your name or address) and to have incomplete personal data completed.
Your right to erasure / right to be forgotten

Complaints
We hope that you won’t ever need to, but if you do want to complain about our use of personal data, please send an email with the details of your complaint to our email address.
